Signa Opportunity’s Job Readiness Training: Empowering Job Seekers with Skills for Success

Signa Opportunity, in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Labour, recently conducted a Job Readiness Training programme to equip job seekers with essential skills for career success. Designed for candidates who have faced challenges in securing employment, the training offered practical tools and strategies to enhance employability and boost confidence.


The programme addressed key topics such as self-assessment, understanding the job market, and effective job search strategies. Participants learned to identify personal strengths, articulate their value to employers, and gain insights into current job trends. Sessions on CV writing, interview preparation, and professional image were also included; covering elements like crafting impactful resumes, preparing for different interview types, and maintaining a professional appearance.


By fostering personal growth alongside practical skills, Signa Opportunity’s training prepares job seekers to navigate the employment landscape with a renewed sense of purpose and readiness.
